What happens when you delete your account

• Your account is deactivated immediately and you will be signed out everywhere (web and mobile app).
• After a 30-day retention window, your name, email, phone number, photo, and profile data are permanently anonymized. During those 30 days you can contact support to restore your account.
• If you are a partner, all of your service listings are deactivated immediately.
• Booking and transaction records may be retained where required for legal and accounting purposes, but are no longer linked to an identifiable account after anonymization.
