Question 1

How can I book a mobile massage near me in Bali?

Accepted Answer

Browse spa-at-home providers on our platform, check their specialties and reviews, then pick your date and time. Our therapists bring everything — table, oils, and towels — straight to your villa or hotel, so you don't need to search for a spa near you at all. Just confirm your location and treatment preferences when you book, and a licensed therapist will come to you.

Question 2

What is a mobile spa service and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

A mobile spa means the therapist comes to you instead of the other way around. They arrive with a portable massage table, oils, towels, and calming music, and turn your villa room into a private spa space. Therapists typically arrive about 15 minutes early to set up, then clean up fully afterward — no travel, no waiting room, just your own space.

Question 3

Are the massage therapists licensed professionals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every therapist on our platform is a verified, licensed professional, and many specialize in Balinese massage, deep tissue, aromatherapy, or traditional healing. You can view each therapist's credentials and reviews before booking, and all providers go through a background check as part of our verification process.

Question 4

What should I prepare before my spa at home session?

Accepted Answer

Set aside a quiet, private space with enough room for a massage table — that's really all you need, since therapists bring their own supplies. It helps to shower beforehand and avoid a heavy meal right before your session. Your therapist will confirm any specific setup details with you ahead of time.

Question 5

Can I request a specific gender for my massage therapist?

Accepted Answer

Yes — just mention your preference in the special requests when booking, and we'll do our best to match you with a therapist you're comfortable with. Your comfort and privacy are respected throughout the session.

Question 6

How long do mobile massage sessions typically last?

Accepted Answer

Sessions typically run 60 to 120 minutes: 60 minutes for a quick relaxation massage, 90 minutes for a full-body treatment, or 120 minutes for a more complete spa experience. You can choose the duration that fits your schedule when you book.

Question 7

Is a mobile massage more expensive than visiting a spa?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is competitive with visiting a spa in person, and you save on travel time while gaining full privacy. There may be a small travel fee depending on your location, but it's usually offset by the convenience of not needing to go anywhere. All pricing is shown upfront with no hidden fees.
