Where you can join as a Tour Guide
In Indonesia
Customers book and pay through the platform. You get paid to your Indonesian bank account, and the platform fee applies.
Outside Indonesia
You can apply from any country the application form lists and publish your profile. To take bookings you need an active Premium plan, and you are paid directly into your own bank account. The platform does not process payments outside Indonesia.
Today most customers are in Indonesia, especially Bali, so that is where most bookings come from.
A practical guide to getting your first guests
Describe the day, hour by hour
Travellers compare tours by what they will actually do. Write a short timeline: pick-up time, each stop, what is included, and when they are back. A tour described clearly is booked far more often than one with a long list of adjectives.
Pick a clear angle
"Full day island tour" competes with a thousand others. "Sunrise hike and local breakfast, small group" or "Temples and rice terraces with a local historian" is a reason to choose you. Pick the angle you are genuinely best at and make it the title.
Languages and group size sell
List every language you guide in and your maximum group size. Many visitors specifically look for a guide in their language, and a small group or private tour is a premium reason to book.
Price per person, with what is included
State the price per person and list what it covers: transport, entrance tickets, meals, drinks. Be clear about what is extra. Guests who understand the price book without messaging you first.
Pick-up areas and safety
Say which areas you collect from, and mention first-aid training or licences if you have them. Photos of real guests on your real tours, with permission, show the experience better than any description.
