Do I pay anything when I send the request?+
No. Sending the request is free of charge and you pay nothing online. The total you pay on arrival is shown before you send it.
How much will I pay on arrival?+
The service price plus a small platform fee, the same total an online booking would show. The exact amounts are on the booking page before you send the request.
How do I get the provider's contact?+
Our team sends it to you on WhatsApp shortly before you meet. Until then you chat with us, not with the provider.
What if I cannot make it or want to cancel?+
Message us in the chat or cancel from My Bookings. Because nothing was paid through the platform, there is nothing to refund.
Is a payment made in person protected?+
No. A payment you make to the provider in person is outside FindExpertsNearby and cannot be refunded by us. If you want your payment protected, book and pay online instead.
