Good to know before you book

Cancellation policy

24 hours or more before your appointment: full refund (minus any transfer or payment processing fee).
12 to 24 hours before: 50% refund (minus fees).
Less than 12 hours before: no refund.
If the provider cancels, you can reschedule, switch to a replacement provider at the same price, or get a full refund with no cancellation fee.

Refunds

Refunds go back the way you paid. A transfer to the same bank has no fee, a different bank has a standard interbank fee, and PayPal's non-refundable processing fee is deducted.
Refunds are processed manually, usually within 5 to 14 business days after approval.

Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed once your payment is verified. Pay by bank transfer (BCA or another local bank), Wise, SWIFT or PayPal. International bank wires must be sent with the OUR instruction.
Add allergies, health notes or preferences in the booking notes. To change your time, chat with the provider after your booking is confirmed, or cancel under the policy above.

Your visit

Each service is either at the provider's location or at your place (out-call, which may add a travel fee). The address and opening hours are shown on this page.
After your booking is confirmed you can chat with the provider, and you can leave a review once the service is done.
