추가 세부 정보 (선택 사항)
When stretching is combined with gentle traditional massage, it does more than just relieve muscle stiffness and physical fatigue; it improves flexibility, realigns displaced tendons, expels trapped gas, and boosts blood circulation and digestion. Remarkably, it revitalizes a weak or lethargic body, whether before or after an illness.
