Where you can join as a Event Organizer
In Indonesia
Customers book and pay through the platform. You get paid to your Indonesian bank account, and the platform fee applies.
Outside Indonesia
You can apply from any country the application form lists and publish your profile. To take bookings you need an active Premium plan, and you are paid directly into your own bank account. The platform does not process payments outside Indonesia.
Today most customers are in Indonesia, especially Bali, so that is where most bookings come from.
How to turn views into event bookings
Sell the outcome, not the service
People do not search for an "event organizer". They search for "a surprise birthday dinner for my partner" or "a small beach wedding for 30 guests". Name your packages after the event the customer pictures, and describe what they will not have to worry about.
Photographs of real events are your portfolio
Add photos from events you actually ran, including the wide shot that shows the whole setup and a close-up of the details. A set of photos from three or four different events shows range; a single stock-style image shows nothing.
Ask clients for permission and for a short written comment after the event. Reviews are the single biggest reason a stranger chooses you.
Package your work so the price is clear
Customers are happier choosing between two or three clear packages than starting from a blank page. State what is included (planning, coordination on the day, decoration, vendors) and what is not. Because the platform fee is added on top of your price, you can set the figure you need to run the event properly.
Be clear about lead time and capacity
Say how far ahead you need to be booked and the guest numbers you handle comfortably. Block dates you are already committed to so customers see real availability. Weddings and large events are often booked months ahead, so keep your calendar current.
Common mistakes
A listing that says "we do all events" with no examples. Prices with no explanation of what they include. Slow replies to the first enquiry, which is usually when the customer decides. Fix these and your enquiries become bookings.

How much does it cost to join as an event organizer?+

Do I need a company or business licence?+
You are asked about your experience and business details when you apply. Independent organizers and small teams are welcome.

Yes. Customers choose a date from your calendar, and you control which dates are available.
How do I get paid?+
