What you earn as a Home Services Provider and what it costs
Joining is free. On the free plan a small platform fee is added to what the customer pays, so you always receive the full price you set.

Earnings are released 48 hours after the service. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000.

From Rp 99,000 a month. Premium partners can show their own contact details and take bookings directly, with no platform fee. New partners can apply for a 7-day free trial.
Where you can join as a Home Services Provider
In Indonesia
Customers book and pay through the platform. You get paid to your Indonesian bank account, and the platform fee applies.
Outside Indonesia
You can apply from any country the application form lists and publish your profile. To take bookings you need an active Premium plan, and you are paid directly into your own bank account. The platform does not process payments outside Indonesia.
Today most customers are in Indonesia, especially Bali, so that is where most bookings come from.
A practical guide to getting regular home-service clients
Trust comes first in the home
Clients are letting you into their home or trusting you with their children or pets. Show a clear photo, your years of experience, references, and a background check if you have one. Partners with a verified background check display it as a badge.
Describe exactly what is included
"Cleaning" can mean very different things. List what a visit covers: rooms, windows, kitchen, laundry, how long it takes. For a nanny, list ages you are comfortable with and what you do (meals, play, school pick-up).
Offer one-off and recurring sessions
Visitors need a one-time visit; residents and long-stay guests want weekly or daily help. Offer both session types, and set a minimum number of sessions if short bookings are not worth the trip.
Be reliable and communicate
Confirm the day before, arrive on time, and send a short update after the job. Reliability is the main thing home-service clients review, and regular clients are how your calendar fills.
Say where you work
List the areas and neighbourhoods you cover. Clients filter by location, and a provider who clearly covers their area is far more bookable.
