In Indonesia
Customers book and pay through the platform. You get paid to your Indonesian bank account, and the platform fee applies.
Outside Indonesia
You can apply from any country the application form lists and publish your profile. To take bookings you need an active Premium plan, and you are paid directly into your own bank account. The platform does not process payments outside Indonesia.
Today most customers are in Indonesia, especially Bali, so that is where most bookings come from.
A practical guide to filling your massage calendar
List treatments, not just "massage"
Guests search for what they want: a deep tissue massage after a long flight, a prenatal massage, a couples treatment. Give each treatment its own entry with a clear name and a short description of what it does and who it suits.
Offer two or three durations for each treatment. Most guests choose the middle option, and a menu of clear durations is quicker to book than a single open-ended price.
Be clear about where you work
State whether guests come to you, you travel to them, or both. If you travel, set an out-call fee and list the areas you cover so guests know before they book. A therapist who comes to the villa is often booked precisely because the guest does not have to move.
Photos and hygiene build trust
Use clean, bright photos of your treatment room and set-up. Mention fresh linen, hygienic materials and any certificate you hold. For a body treatment, trust is the whole sale.
Keep the calendar honest
Block the hours you cannot work and keep your schedule current. A calendar with real availability turns browsing into bookings; one that is always full or always empty loses guests. If you have a team, add staff so several guests can book the same hour.
Build repeat guests
Reviews decide most first-time bookings. After a good session, remind guests that a short review helps you. Many long-stay visitors book weekly, so make it easy to rebook the same time.
